Spectrum Merchant Services began in 1998. We are a debt-free privately held company, with a management team having over 60 years of experience in the electronic payment industry. Spectrum has processed over 50 million transactions valued at over 8 billion dollars.
Since 2003, Spectrum has consistently been ranked within the top 100 merchant acquirers in the U.S., according to the Nilson Report. In 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010, Fortune’s Inc. 500 Magazine awarded Spectrum with the distinct honor of being ranked as “One of The Nation’s Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies”.

Each year, SMS donates a significant portion of its revenues to ministries and outreach programs in the U.S. and throughout the world. Unlike most of our competition who outsources critical processes and submit their business through other service providers, SMS manages the entire sales and support processes internally. Merchant Cash Advance Program
In addition, SMS has partnered with industry leaders within the receivables financing market to offer merchant cash advances of up to $500,000. We realize that getting approved for traditional business loans has become increasingly more difficult. SMS works with our funding partners to provide "credit card receivables financing" to restaurants, retailers and small businesses secured by the cash flow from the client’s future credit card transactions.
Assisting our clients in obtaining additional working capital is in line with our desire to bring tangible value to our clients, and therefore is a natural fit in our product suite.
